M&O Dumpsters LLC – Roll-Off Dumpster Rental Terms and Conditions

Service Delivery If the customer places an order directly through the website without contacting M&O Dumpsters LLC, the delivery time will depend on demand. Delivery may occur the same day or within 48 hours of the order being placed. Orders scheduled through direct communication with M&O Dumpsters LLC may be eligible for more precise delivery coordination.

Rental Period and Extensions Rental periods are available for 1, 3, or 7 days, as configured in our online shopping cart. If the customer needs to extend the rental beyond the selected duration, they must notify us at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup date. Additional days will be charged at $25 per day.

Dumping and Reuse of Dumpster During Rental Each rental includes ONE dump. If the customer requires a dump and return during the same rental period, this will count as a new rental, and the full rental fee must be paid again. A new reservation must be made.

Weight Limits and Overages Weight limits vary by dumpster size. Charges for exceeding included weight are $95 per additional 2,000 lbs. Absolutely no dumpster may exceed 8,500 lbs. If weight exceeds this limit and the container cannot be safely lifted, M&O Dumpsters LLC is fully authorized to open the dumpster and off-load part of the material at the customer's site in order to ensure safe transport. This procedure will be done at no cost to M&O Dumpsters LLC. The customer will be fully responsible for any materials left behind.

Dry Run Fee & Access Customer must ensure clear and unobstructed access on the scheduled pickup day. Blocked or inaccessible containers will result in a dry run fee of $99 to $250, plus any additional rental days at $99/day.

Overfilled Dumpsters and Tarp Clearance Contents must not exceed the top rim of the dumpster. The tarp must be able to roll over the top without obstruction. If the dumpster is overfilled, a $75 fee will apply to bring the container into compliance. Doors must be closed and secured prior to pickup. M&O Dumpsters LLC is not responsible for excess debris left at the site.

Prohibited and Hazardous Materials No hazardous or restricted materials may be placed in the dumpster. This includes but is not limited to:

Asbestos

Mercury-containing waste

Paint ($50 per can, $100 per 5-gallon bucket)

Tires ($100 per tire)

Liquids
-
Roofing debris
-
Concrete
-
Dirt/Soil
-
Appliances/Electrodomésticos (prohibited unless pre-approved by M&O Dumpsters LLC and transported in a separate dumpster – they cannot be mixed with other materials)
If any of the above materials are found in the dumpster, the customer will be charged applicable handling fees and may be held responsible for any penalties or additional costs associated with improper disposal.

Damage and Liability Customers shall inspect the dumpster upon delivery. Customer is responsible for any damage to the dumpster during the rental period and will be charged for necessary repair or replacement. Dumpsters must not be moved by the customer.

Permits and Indemnification Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary city or HOA permits. Customer agrees to indemnify M&O Dumpsters LLC against any claims, damages, penalties, or liabilities (including collection costs and attorney's fees) arising from violation of this agreement or from improper use or placement of the dumpster.

Consequences of Violating Regulations If prohibited or hazardous materials are disposed of in violation of this agreement or any Federal, State, or City regulation, the customer is fully responsible for all associated consequences. This includes but is not limited to fines, cleanup costs, legal fees, regulatory penalties, and transport fees. M&O Dumpsters LLC reserves the right to return said materials to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Required for Pickup Debris may NOT extend above the top rim of the dumpster. The tarp MUST roll completely over the top without obstruction. Doors MUST be closed and secured before pickup. Overfilled or unprepared containers will be brought into compliance at the customer’s expense. M&O Dumpsters LLC is NOT responsible for excess debris left on-site after removal.

Movement of Container Containers must NOT be moved by the customer at any time before, during, or after the rental. If a container needs to be relocated, the customer must call the company and a dry run fee will be charged to dispatch a truck to move it.

Entire Agreement and Governing Law This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or representations. It may only be amended in writing signed by both parties. The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining sections shall remain in full force and effect.

Notices Any legal notices under this Agreement must be provided in writing and sent by certified mail with return receipt to the parties’ official business addresses.
